Came 15” early for a small procedure. 45” later asked why I haven’t been seen yet. I was checked “out” instead of checked “in”. Received an apology, but how about more. This is my last trip to this practice.
Currently 8:11am and sitting in the waiting room for a 7:45am appointment. This is the second time in a row they have been at least 20 minutes late for an early morning appointment.
