Hot water tank died on a Thursday morning. Called 4 plumbers and Frank Vaccaro was able to respond to check to see what was wrong. That is a miracle as most plumbers are busy with construction projects. Frank went to the plumbing supply store and they had what I needed in stock, again another miracle. Then Frank and his son installed it that afternoon. Thought everything was fine except the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Called on Saturday and he came out in the morning.
