Ernesto was very helpful and kind. He made the process straightforward.
I was looking for new auto insurance and was contacted by Ernesto Valladares. I was previously with Progressive and their quote was much higher than State Farm. I never had the personal contact from Progressive, as I had with Ernesto and State Farm. Every time I contacted Progressive, I spoke to a different agent. Since I was enrolled in auto payment, if I hadn't contacted them, they would have renewed my policy at a much higher rate without contacting me. Very professional answered all my needs .
Have had State Farm for about 3 or more years and have never had a problem. Franks office always took care of me and made sure my insurance policy was always up to date. I want to also thank Yaniset one of franks representatives who initially helped me get insured, anytime I needed a policy change or had a question she was on top of it almost immediately. Overall I would definitely recommend this office!
