We’ve prepared our taxes here for a few years now. This year is when things went south! We made an appointment and Frank was doubled booked so his office manager did our taxes. My husband was told he would get a refund from both state and federal. Then the IRS sent us a letter stating we didn’t submit a form and that his taxes weren’t done correctly. After about 7 years with my prior tax person, he disappeared off the face of the Earth with no notice, leaving me to scramble to find another affordable and reputable accountant. I was directed to Frank Minisci and met with Marie who was absolutely delightful to work with and very knowledgeable while answering our questions/concerns. We will definitely continue to return for our taxes each year!
I was looking for a new CPA for my taxes this year as they were somewhat complicated due to real estate transactions. I found Frank online and the reviews seemed to speak for themselves so I proceeded to use his services. Frank and his team were very friendly, helpful and filed my taxes extremely fast at the most busy time of the tax season. Very reasonably priced too. So happy to have found a new great CPA!
