Doctor wasn't taking notes or listening to concerns for the initial or follow-up appointment. Told to "come back if I continued showing symptoms" for a condition I didn't come for nor did their equipment show I had.
Dr. Adi is great...the office staff however is terrible!! So rude! Everytime I call the office, they either don't answer or if I keep calling back or pressing 1 to continue holding, they answer and put me on hold immediately without saying anything. Even pharmacies have trouble reaching your office. I have no complaints aside from you guys needing to start answering the phones and talking to patients. I was not impressed with this doctor or office. When I asked to switch doctors after only having 2 appointments with him. I was not comfortable with his bedside manner.I was told my only choices were to stay with him or to go to another office.I am not a child I will not be forced to stay with a doctor I am not comfortable with.
I now see why a 3.5 rating, doctor was very personable on visit but seems the staff he is working with at front desk and telephonic staff (especially the scheduling person) are rude, unorganized and without effective communication with clients and among the staff. He is a very kind caring and compassionate doctor. I left my doctor of 20years because he refused to see me while I was having an asthma/ Emphysema flare up because of COVID. He was more concerned for his healthy patients than his sick patients. Dr Patel fit me in his schedule right away and got my flare up calmed down and made me feel safe during these uncertain daunting times.
