I brought a mower in for assessment and the service manager failed to provide the details necessary and after approx 6 weeks I had to retrieve it. Not at all impressed. Would I use again - No!
Thoroughly appalled! Having been a long standing customer of Frank Sutton. My mother and father went there to buy a lawn mower today. The conversation went to politics some how and the owner said not sure how well Wales are you going to fair now we have a N***** running the country. They abruptly left! How anyone would say that ever let alone in 2024 is beyond me! Rang up to complain as soon as they rang me but no response! Coming from a family that is of mixed backgrounds we are utterly appalled. Shame on you!
