Very bad experience. Return calls are hard to get. This place is basically H&R Block, as that is who you make checks out to. Personal service very hard to get. My local tax came back saying I owe additional money due to a form not being returned with my return, I am still trying to find out what form I need to return, again no response. Mary Ellen worked on my taxes; I would recommend going somewhere else. I am in customer service, if I treated clients like this I wouldn’t have a job.
Please do not take your taxes here to get prepared. Under new management that had my tax paperwork for over 2 months and still have not completed it. Was lied to five times stating would be completed. Wish I could give zero stars. Ridiculous!
