I just met with and met him in person this morning. So far, I like my experience meeting him and he is very aware of my rather minor use that he can help me with.
To sum up at the very beginning, this man is a bully. My 96-year-old mother had questions about her will pertaining to changing the power of attorney as well as trust fund queries. From the get-go he appointed himself her fiduciary, and was quite forceful (not authoritatively, just pushy) about what types of control he was going to have including that HIS real estate agent was going to sell the property, (and a litany of other details) he just took over.
