Frank was realtor for my family member. He did not disclose all the problems with the house, I.e., needs siding (30k estimate after escrow closed), needs new roof, many issues with house built in mid 50s! I could go on. He doesn’t know his fiduciary responsibility is to his client/buyer. Frank was great to work with and the Remax network worked great. With the exposure through Frank and Remax my house was sold in a very short time for the price I wanted. Now using Frank to sell another house.
