There are two types of contractors . a contractor that can be trusted with a deposit and a contractor that cannot be trusted.. these folks are the latter type. Bryan took 2300 deposit from me with no work done so its been 7 months I have been asking for a refund with a law suit pending and lawyer on the case, he has since sent me installments of my own money but he is yet to pay back full amount. Run Run and Runnnn .. Frank and sons and his son Bryan is scammers they took the deposit allegedly to buy material and vanished we are going to court with them.
This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. A deposit had to be made to start the cabinets and get them installed. Once installed, the cabinets were not made to agreed specifications. The height of the cabinets were incorrect, and panels were not routed smoothly, nor were the drawer panels the same size. Frank used old, reclaimed wood, and it was impossible for my painter to sand and prepare them. My experience was great at the beginning until cabinets were installed. The owner Frank said don’t worry if you get my guy that paints he will sand and make everything look flawless.. well the painter was horrible and said that the cabinet were not built correctly nor sanded. Bryan was suppose to come out to see the cabinets to fix them and never did. The owner Frank’s does not want to talk to me, he has his son doing all his dirty work these cabinets look cheap. Do not mess with these people. I have scheduled with Bryan a few times and he never showed up! Not answering the phone. Thank god I end up not working with them, because I’m sure they would of disappear with the money. Stay away for your own good!
