I am highly impressed with this company. To make a long story short, I needed one of their Techs to return after a repair they had made at my home. They gladly sent a Tech out and it was discovered the parts they installed in my dryer were defective. They stood behind their company’s warranty and installed, new equipment. We called Frank & Sons due to their great reviews to repair our refrigerator. In our experiences with repair technicians of many years my husband and I concur they are the best experience we have ever had in this service sector. Sean, one of the sons, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and also polite, thoughtful, kind, communicative, prompt, and more than fair. He and his family owned company went above and beyond to help us!
Back in September we placed a work order for a whirlpool fridge. The scheduling was accurate and the worker came in a timing manner with plenty of notifications on arrival. We called back in Mid October after it broke down. They advised they need to order a control board which would take weeks. We waited patiently and haven’t gotten communication for almost 3weeks and a half for a status update. We assuming we were ghosted, It took an email to get a reply back.
