Michael did an excellent job replacing the rubber door seal on my Electrolux front loader. He was knowledgeable, careful, and incredibly neat while doing the work. He took his time and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. A special thank you to Holly in the office as well—she was so responsive and organized with ordering the part and keeping me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Frank & Sons!
Excellent experience from the phone contact to the repair. Receptionist was very helpful, friendly and contacted a technician to get a ballpark estimate for me. Technician Sean was prompt, professional and explained details of the new part and how it worked. Great communication by text with Sean of when he would arrive. After quick installation, Sean cleaned up area and arranged charge and receipt. Excellent employees and service -I will use Frank and Sons again.
Dryer had an issue and the worker spotted the problem and was able to handle it quickly. This company has been a big help with my appliance problems
