Best people ever , honest and super friendly always go above and beyond to save me money, Sayda Saavedra is the best
Customer service was very unpleasant and Sayda was super intimidating. Me and my boyfriend felt like we were getting interrogated for either not understanding or answering the question wrong. She was very unclear and very confusing to work with. We’ve been coming here for years and going forward we will be switching insurance companies. Just wanted a simple transfer plate. Really is a shame you guys used to be the best.
I loved working with sayda!!! She is so friendly! I got into an accident recently and had no idea what to do so I called her and she walked me through everything and was so incredibly helpful! 10/10 employee!
