Very timely took care of recall problem on my 2014 Buick Enclave
It's so hard to get an appointment you call and nobody answers and when they do answer when you call them they will schedule out 2 months.
Dropped my car off on a Monday they said it would b ready in 4 days and it wasn't ready til the following Monday. The lady who I dropped my car off to gave me a number I could text to check the status so I texted on Wednesday to check and she responded quickly but then stopped answering my texts after that. Thank goodness this was a repair covered by the dealership bcuz the woman who sold me the car was able to help me with everything and she even delivered it to me. I am pleased with the work the bodyshop did on my car tho.
