Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service & Communication We had a terrible experience at this barbershop. The customer service was completely lacking—no greeting, no effort to make us feel welcome, and the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than in helping customers. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care about their customers. If you value good service and professionalism, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
