beware... – I've been wanting to write a review for this outfit for awhile based on my observations of their work at the Olivas Adobe in Ventura. I noticed how they were chosen for their "special set of skills" for old adobes, but their workmenship on both the adobe and modern structures leave a lot to be desired. Not only did they wear out their welcome by being camped out at the property for many, many months beyond their deadline, but the quality is awful!
