Update: since writing the review below, we have also purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher for ourselves and a washer and dryer for my mother from Frank Sales. Every Installation has been far smoother than my past experiences with big box stores, and every product has been competitively priced with box stores. Very helpful, professional and friendly. I had a problem with the size of an appliance. They came out the same day to check on if a standard size would fit so I would not have to keep guessing. I bought a stove from then and I love it!
