Both my mom & I have bought almost all our appliances here. Yesterday mom's TV died. She no longer drives and I am in a boot for a torn tendon so very difficult to get out. I called Franks, ordered a TV on the phone and they delivered and set up today. Back in business. Thanks to all the great employees we've dealt with there!

Update: since writing the review below, we have also purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher for ourselves and a washer and dryer for my mother from Frank Sales. Every Installation has been far smoother than my past experiences with big box stores, and every product has been competitively priced with box stores.
