Had a person who works next door to me take their car there to get tires well long story short they didn't tighten the lugs down their tire came off broke two lug studs on one side and one broke on the passenger side as well then they tried to tell her that the lug stud she bought wasn't 12.99 after they lost it
Very unprofessional, Frank did work on my family member car and put holes in the engine and could have caused them to die if they would have drove the vehicle! We took the car to another shop and they could tell the car was purposefully ruined. He didn’t like my family for no reason. When he got the car back it was pouring out oil due to whatever frank did to the car.
