Be very careful with this company. Very dishonest and absolute worst customer service ever. I’d definitely go elsewhere and save the headache and money. The guy that drives the gray Ford truck is a nightmare to deal with and very unprofessional and I’m surprised this company is still up and running. Although I did not purchase my shed from Frank’s, I did have a terrific customer service experience with Andrew, who came to my home to secure my shed’s tie-down straps. I can only begin to imagine how great the customer service would be for someone who actually purchased a shed from Frank’s Sheds. I appreciate good customer service and this was great. Thanks Andrew.
