Have not had the best experience with the washing machine we purchase from Frank’s in Visalia. The technician came out today to install a piece that needed to be replaced so that the fabric softener would dispense. When he (the technician) opened the box to the part, it was broken then he said he would have to reorder the part and come back out ( 3rd time coming out now). Just wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved “Thank You” to Mike at FranksAppliance. He is always a very kind gentleman who truly cares about his customers. This is the third time I have called him about obsolete appliances over the last couple years. No matter how busy he may be- he always comes through with running down an obsolete part or repair - even though at this point - the unit may be out of warranty and the parts may be scarce. Franks will get ALL of my business on the future remodel of our kitchen!
