Just delivered and installed our new oven microwave combo. We are really happy with the sales service. We have been buying appliances for Franks for years. They have always taken great care of us. They have great deals in the scratch and dent warehouse. And in the showroom. The Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and Oven microwave combo are our latest purchases.
After a year, the new Whirlpool refrigerator’s 36-inch Wide Side-by-Side Refrigerator - 24 cu. ft. water dispenser stopped working, and the doors are getting covered in rust. And no one is responding to customer service.
I will definitely use the store for any of my appliance issues. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were comparable to big box stores.
