Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will ghost buyers on offers. Doesn’t have the courtesy to even respond. Makes verbal agreements on offers then ghosts you on said offer. This is the type of real estate agent that won’t do anyone any good they’d rather let a property sit and end up selling it for 10s of thousands less than listing price then work with a buyer who counters. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Not only is Frank a very knowledgeable Realtor, he also knows how to help with so many things! He is always willing to help out however he can. Frank was awesome helping fix our AC unit when our Home Warranty was not responsive. He knew how to see what was wrong and had the parts we needed as well! Frank totally saved the day!!!
