The entire experience was very pleasant, from the staff that verified the appointment, the receptionist, the attending nurse, Dr. Portell and the records/finance specialist. Dr. Portell did a superb and painless job, even though my case was very difficult. I highly recommend Dr. Portell!
Dr. Portell performed a root canal for me this week. I asked for no pain and Dr. Portell delivered. Seriously NO PAIN! Furthermore, Dr. Portell thoroughly explained what he was doing and showed me the x-rays afterwards. Dr. Portell was very kind and calming, checking with me frequently to make sure I was okay. I will definitely return to Dr. Portell for any future root canals.
