I've been seeing Dr. Procaccino for many years now, and he always takes the time to listen to his patients and address their questions and concerns in a thoughtful and thorough manner. He has impeccable bedside manners and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients.
There are more than 1 major disappointing matters that I still cannot believe occurred with this office. 1) This MD told me to get my GI area examined in Woodbridge office as well as Pelvic PT in the Woodbridge office. Since I don’t have a car, I did everything I could, so that I could get PT done in a nearer location. Communicated over and over with the secretary, and she told me that she would make sure Dr Procaccino can make that arrangement. But what happened? She didn’t do anything.
