There are more than 1 major disappointing matters that I still cannot believe occurred with this office. 1) This MD told me to get my GI area examined in Woodbridge office as well as Pelvic PT in the Woodbridge office. Since I don’t have a car, I did everything I could, so that I could get PT done in a nearer location. Communicated over and over with the secretary, and she told me that she would make sure Dr Procaccino can make that arrangement. But what happened? She didn’t do anything. Doctor was very knowledgeable and clear. He spent time with me and helped me understand what was going on.
Dr. Frank Procaccino of Gastro Health is an amazing doctor!! He is the best! I was so afraid of having a colonoscopy, literally afraid and in tears. He made me feel so at ease. He’s so kind and exceptional in this field. He explains everything thoroughly and with so much compassion. I recommend everyone using him for all gastro health needs. He’s the best in this field!!
Dr. Procaccino was very thorough and genuinely understanding and listened to my concerns during my visit. He genuinely cares, you can see that right away.
