Dr. Phillips is professional, thorough and very kind. Explains everything in easy to understand language. He does not rush you and takes the time to answer your questions. I trust no one else with all my back issues. This will be my third surgery on my messed up spine. I have complete trust and faith in him. Thank you Dr. Phillips.
I did not have a great experience during my consult visit with Dr.Phillips. I ended up waiting 1.5hrs for him to see me. I checked in at 8:30am, waited an hour in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes in the examining room. As soon as Dr. Phillips walked in, no greeting to me, AND my wife…no apology for the long wait.
