Just had another amazing meal at Frank Papa’s! We have gone for Valentines Day for the last few years and decided to make reservations for New Year’s Eve, which also happens to be our anniversary. Diane wished us a happy anniversary when she seated us and made sure our server, Ashley, knew it was our anniversary. The food was fantastic, as always. I can’t recommend the filet enough!! We've been wanting to try this place since we moved to Rock Hill last winter. We had an excellent dinner here tonight to celebrate a birthday. 3 of the 4 of us had steak which was perfect and the service (Ashley) was fantastic.
