After only having surgery once before when very young, I was very apprehensive to say the least about upcoming surgery. Dr. Lunati "got it" and was very helpful to me. The combination of his great personality and technical expertise made for a successful surgery from which I am now recovering. I highly recommend Dr. Lunati and his office staff. Dr. Lunati is professional, kind and skilled. His office staff are helpful and courteous. I was extremely nervous about having a surgical procedure done for the first time and he had the best bedside manner; reassured me I had nothing to be nervous about. For anyone that is skeptical about seeing a doctor out of network, seeing this physician is totally worth it!! The office staff called my insurance and made sure I was covered and approved for my surgery. They have my highest recommendation!
Office lies and told me insurance was ok, to then show up at appointment and find out that they are out of network. Very rude, Doctor spent no time with me in the exam room and then bills insurance company tons of money. Very unprofessional way to run an office.
Answering service was rude, inattentive, not easy to deal with, very demanding, not patient related at all. Worst treatment I have ever received and I have been around for a while. I was told my appt. for a procedure was 2 PM , I worked hard on that appt. as I have no car and had to arrange for a ride. I get a call before the appt. and the hospital says to show up at 12:30. I did not arrange for a ride all day. The ride was arranged for 2 not 12:30 and they could care less.
