My experience with Dr. Lin was great and he was very professional. In addition when I checked in with the front desk, I was advised they only accept cash for the copayment. Since I arrived early, I had time to go to the bank next door and they didn't refuse service to me when I asked to see the doctor before going to the bank. The front desk is not professional, impatient and rude to clients! We couldn't speak to the Doctor because the front desk lady didn't bother to transfer our message.
