I have been with this agent for over 10 years, and finally had enough. Each month I get my bank account drafted. Each month the number they withdraw varies. Usually by just a couple of dollars. I got divorced 7 years ago, and half my mail comes to me by my married name, and the other half by my maiden (which it has been for 7 years). I moved about four months ago and they updated my address. I've been getting my mail at the current address for 3 months.
