I adore the staff at Gautier Family Dental Care! However, my experience with Dr. Winn was not so adorable. After my cleaning and x-rays, he came into the room, took one look at my x-rays and began barking orders at the hygienist about future work that I needed. When I asked him about the work, he rudely said, "It's up to you; it's your mouth" and abruptly left the room without performing an oral or cancer exam which is negligent, at best. I am a patient of Dr. Frank Winn and I would like to share my opinion about him, his staff, and his services. I have been very pleased with all of my dental work Dr. Winn and his staff have provided. From cleanings, to cavities, to bridge work. I had previously used "happy gas" for all of my dental work. I have been a patient of Dr. Winn for about 30 years. Ken and I both trust our dental care to this office and to Dr. Winn only. Fortunately we have not required much dental work other than cleaning but when we do only Dr. Winn can be relied on for completing the correct procedure. Every six month we look forward to our visit with the entire staff, they are more than professionals they are friends. We learn what is new in the world of Dentistry and know we are getting the best and affordable dental care.
