Dr. Salamone office canceled my appointment 2x before I was able to finally see him yesterday. He listened to my concerns and gave me a tentative diagnosis and said I should have an MRI of my brain. After reading the clinical summary of my visit he failed to document my symptoms, the diagnosis and his recommendations. When I called the office he denied that he gave me a diagnosis and refused to amend the clinical notes to reflect what took place during the appointment. H basically denied what he told me.
