Hopefully I'm spelling his name right. Raff was such a lovely man. Took the time to explain alot to me, was very patient, very friendly, very informative. Hopefully we can get past all the regulations we need to to be able to sub divide and build, but if we can't, at least his kindness and information has made this a little bit more bearable!
