My husband and I were patients of Dr Frank Rosner for over 30 years and never had a problem. We were quite happy with him and his staff. But after he retired due to medical reasons, his practice has gone downhill. He brought in a new dentist, (not there now) then a second dentist(gone after a year) then a 3rd dentist(now gone).
