Kanik was a great resource and support for our home purchase. He listened, gave great advice and advocated for us to get a great mortgage rate. I knew he was always on our side and did his best to get us the best deal. I would highly recommend his services!

So I just wanna leave this for future clients, when I approached Frank Mortgage to look after my renewal they had the best interest rate offered, they asked me to sign a commitment that I must deal with them or else a penalty of 1000$ will be invoiced to me. During the process, we were confused that the payments we will pay are higher than we have expected at their interest rate and doing our due diligence, the offer of the rate has expired and we were invoiced for the 1000$.
