Frank & his crew were excellent! Prompt, professional & friendly. They came early to have all the equipment & tools ready for when the concrete trucks arrived. The slab was done in no time. Wonderful job! Thank you very much!
Frank and his team jacked, leveled, and put in a 6 foot basement at my cabin on Swanlake. His team is very knowledgeable of regulations at the state and town level and made permitting for the job look easy. Frank also worked with my neighbors to keep everyone happy while the project was on-going. I now have a cabin that is lifted, leveled, moved back from the water 10-12 feet and moved away from the property line 6-7 feet giving me much more room for outdoor activities and parking. Frank and his crew were a lifesaver for us in December 2023. Our garage was in dire need of repair, and they did an outstanding job. The garage is attached to our house and had a separate basement that was 10 feet deep. The floor was made of wood and had collapsed, making the demolition process technical and dangerous. However, Frank and his team were up to the task. They removed the collapsed floor, filled the basement, and poured a slab. They also installed a new iron beam to support the attic. We had Frank and his crew out in December of 2023. Our garage needed a lot of work. It's attached to the house; but it had a separate basement that was 10' deep. The floor was made of wood and collapsed. The demolition was technical and dangerous. They had to remove the collapsed floor and an addition that extended into the garage, and then fill the basement and pour a slab. They also installed a new iron beam to support the attic.
