It seems that quality customer service is increasingly rare in today's world, so that's why I make a point of acknowledging it. Mr. Ryan Payne, the technician who did my AC tune & clean this week, was first-rate in every respect -- experienced, professional, courteous and good-humored. He was great to work with, and certainly represents Frank Millard and Company well!
Wired up my hot tub. Was here before it got cold and did professional work and reasonable priced. Called another time for more electrical work. Was here with in an hour and installed light fixture and 2 new switches. In bout an hour.
I've never had any services done but one of the company vans brake checking me on highway 61 after merging into my lane and almost clipping my car. Clearly they didn't hear my horn so I flashed my high beams a few times, to which the brake check me again and then let me pass to attempt to run me off the road and then tailgate me with theirs high beams on, I'm not sure if there is multiple but it was a GMC cargo van with a roof rack. Super polite, professional and very reasonably priced the guys came and replaced a water heater and cleaned up after themselves I would highly recommend!
