Not great. Once I called him out for manipulating me and he said 'he was manipulating me in my best interest.' I feel like he doesn't really listen to what I say to him.
Dr. Frank is a caring and professional psychiatrist. Listens carefully, without rushing. The staff is exceptional, helping with appointments and medication requests. I recommend him highly.
I have seen Dr. Frank for several years and have also taken my son to see him. I am a therapist who has been working in the mental health and substance abuse fields for thirty years. I refer my own clients to him whenever possible. He is a warm, kind and caring. He truly develops a strong relationship with his clients. He appreciates the importance of encouraging his clients to engage in therapy and/or other community supports that are available in addition to any medications he provides.
