Fantastic workmanship very professional
Frank used to be good. We had him paint our house in 2017. Did an OK job for the bid. (Lower than another quote). Except he promised to replace some shutters, and we had 3 other items to clear the tic list and 100% complete the job Problem was, Frank was done. Did not matter how many times I reached out; he ghosted. Here is the real deal. I live near Frank, and run into him occasionally, and once I look him in the eyes (he does try to avoid), he always is full of surprise, and agrees to call the next day.
