I have been an established patient since 1997. I have noticed the customer service slipping for the past 5 years. The secretary or whatever her position is has always been extremely rude. Recently I was 15 minutes late for an appointment and didn't call on my way as I was driving trying to get there. They would not see me that day wich I was ok with but when I called to reschedule I was told I can't reschedule. Dr Mazzaferro and staff are excellent. They are always so nice and helpful and Dr Massaferro himself is so gentle while filling teeth. You can even feel a needle at all. He is the best and it eases my anxiety anytime I need a tooth filled.
Doc Mazzaferro is the best. He treats me like family and my tooth has never felt better. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist.
Office staff extremely rude, unprofessional. On a wait list for a year to be seen, they then cancelled our appointments and refused care. Also, you undergo a background check and interview before they will even consider you as a patient; even then it's not guaranteed they "like" you.
