Not too happy! I was NOT happy with the work of Frank Mattison Landscaping. Unless you have lots of money to spend don??t expect to get very much attention from Frank, and certainly don??t have any expectation of meeting him personally. We had a very small job that we needed done at our home, $500. We needed the ground to be leveled out, and then grass (topper and seed) to be put on the LEVELED area, also a couple of sprinklers needed to be fixed. With no set contract in place Frank??s foreman was sent out on Christmas day when we were not home, the ground was not leveled out and not all of the sprinklers were repaired; in addition the topper and seed were thrown over the ground covering the broken sprinkler heads that were not picked up, glass, and other trash that was not picked up. After several phone calls to Frank asking that he please come out so that we can explain what the issues were and show him directly, he never made it out. Instead he sent his foremen out again, and again, until finally we were just fed up. We asked for a refund but were unsuccessful. We have now fixed the sprinklers (that didn't get done) ourselves and ended up doing our own work on the lawn. We put the same amount of work and time into our lawn that we were actually trying to avoid (hence paying someone else to do it). Word of advice to anyone using this company, get a contract in place before giving any money (the handshake method doesn??t work in today??s society) and don??t expect to meet Frank himself unless you are spending a TON of money on your yard!

Overall an OK place We bought a new property with no backyard and we wanted a complete irrigation system put in the backyard. We got these guys to come out and bid us, we eventually took their price as it was the lowest. They worked very quick but they were complete slobs. they came in a beat up truck and they didn't speak any English. They did the job real quick and I have concerns about it leaking a year from n ow, but for today it works and they did come cheap. I was a bit pissed as I found beer cans at the job site and they didn't clean up too well. But for a $100 savings I guess I'll take it
