This doctor is very conceited and will not listen to patients when they voice their concerns about their healthcare. After years of going to this doctor, my husband finally had to switch healthcare providers entirely to find a doctor that was actually willing to listen and help. It's terrible when you don't feel well all the time and a doctor basically tells you its just in your head. Would not recommend if you have any health issues at all. Apparently he is only seeing healthy patients.

I recently moved out of State, but definately thinking of visiting Kenosha and Dr. Santarelli for an update. He listens to you, explains things clearly and makes sure you understand before he leaves the room. He is the best Doctor I have been with. My husband and I started seeing Dr. Santarelli 22 years ago. He cares about his patients and always greets you with a smile.

I went to her initially and she was asked to follow high calcium levels. She didn't. She misled the results of other problems so my cancer diagnosis was delayed. Stated my insurance didn't pay her well so didn't have the patience to provide much care. My health was poorly impacted because of the dishonesty of this physician. She made medication errors and I got sick as a result. I was blamed. Told it was in my head. I will not recover from the damage this doctor did to my health and from the communication she damaged within ... read more

I switched to dr powell from another OB because I could not get in with that person anymore and it was extremely frustrating. She understood this of course and making appointments with her seemed to be easy and without hassle. If I needed something that needed immediate attention I felt that she was pretty good at being there. Over the years though, it ended up being her NP I would have to see because she was just too busy. And then in time I would just go to the urgent care instead because if I can't see my doctor anyways t... read more

I have seen her a few times and she was OK. Didn’t provide any advice except offer a one sentence solution, which I already explained I tried different things and nothing was working. The last visit I had, she told me to “take a walk” and didn’t ask any additional questions to dig deeper or recommend additional testing or referral(s) to address my concerns and symptoms. Her nurses are really a great group of women, patients are extremely fortunate. But there is one older, short front desk woman that seemed to not enjoy her j... read more

Based on my multiple conversations, Dr. Kaplan convinced me that there were no risks and I will be totally fine in few months. He did a horrible job on an elective surgery which crippled me for life. He never cared about the follow-ups, and never apologized. I have lived in immense pain and disability over the years. He is a great salesman but a horrible surgeon, be very cautious.

He is a great doctor! He's thorough, kind, and he listens very well. He has experience too which means a lot to me. If I have to wait a little while, I just figure he's busy with someone else that may need an extra few minutes. I'm pretty sure he's popular and has a lot of patients too. I am grateful to have found him.

She misdiagnosed me, multiple times, for a UTI which I never tested positive for. She kept giving me stronger and stronger meds. I told her what I thought I actually had going on. She snapped at me. Turns out I was right, after seeing a urogynecologist. I made an appointment afterward, just to let her know I was right, she was wrong, and fired her as my PCP. I would never go to her again!
