Exceptional service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Long's practice.
Pros - Friendly and skilled dentist. Prompt callback when scheduling appointment. Cons - The decor of the office is dated (so what?). No one has ever answered the phone when I call, but upon leaving a message I get called back (no issue for me).

This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money. They do not answer their phones; ever. You’ll eventually get a call back, but you cannot get ahold of anyone. Also, we had an appointment at 9am and their office was supposed to open at 8am that day. We arrived at 845 and not only was the door locked no one was there. We sat on the front step for 25 min before the Dr walked up to unlock the office. He apologized for being late, but said it was because he ran errands.
