I had a window that had popped out of the frame during a weirdly windy day and shattered the interior pane (standard double-pane window). I called around looking for a repair quote and got everything from $200 to $500, with some shops estimating a 3 week turnaround time. Thank god for this place. A local family-owned company that has a great, friendly, professional staff! I brought my windows to be reglazed. Not only is their workmanship top notch, but they called me only 24 hours later to tell me they were done! I was so happy to have them back in their proper places before the rain the next day! I will definitely be referring friends and family to this business! Thank you so much!!
Lizotte Glass will not correct their mistake. We have 3 picture windows in a sunroom with E glass coating. One of the windows lost its vacuum seal and we contracted with Lizotte Glass to replace it. The replacement window does not match the other windows. When direct sun shines through, it turns yellow unlike the other windows and looks awful. Lizotte will not correct their mistake of using the wrong type of glass. Lizotte charged us $2400 and has offered us no solution or restitution.
