A great company with old fashioned values. We had a project across the street from them and asked them if they could assist us. Josh Green really stepped up to help us out. Frank Lill & Son shares many of the same company values that we do, unselfishness being a big one.
Chuck Lill is an exceedingly caring, professional, and inspired/inspiring leader. He has instilled that positive leadership model in every respect in his sons, Luke, Jake, and Jesse, . It's rare, but not surprising in the Lill's case, to see the same class act through and through in the third generation of a model business enterprise.
Horrible to work for and does not give a new employee a chance. I was fired the second day. After n9t driving for a year. Due to heartattack. Did not even ask about the reason for the long space between driving breaks.... now the direct supervisor was very nice and his name was chad,Chad, think
