I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel others should know what to expect. My vehicle has now been at Frank Leta Mitsubishi three separate times for the same issue, and it still has not been repaired. The biggest disappointment has been the communication. I constantly had to call for updates, messages often went unanswered, and I was left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Just YouTube it and do it yourself. Don't waste your time here
From communication to the service itself horrible! If you can avoid coming here then do it! They “forgot” to put all the bolts in my engine back in November. So since then my engine has been misplaced and rocking. That issue caused my transmission pipe to break and they are saying I can’t prove that they did that to my car and is making me pay for the new damages.
Substandard work was performed! A simple oil change and they just wanted to leave on time! Terrible job!
