On a Saturday, we were informed that they were going to hold the vehicle, after all, requirements were met, paperwork was sent. All we had to do was go in and sign on Monday & pick it up on monday, as the sales rep that we were dealing with informed us. We were about to go pick it up on Saturday, but because they needed to do the admissions, take photos, and detail it. We had to wait until Monday, no matter what!
