Friendly, knowledgeable advisor.
Very pleased with my service advisor Randy and the technicians who helped get my AC back in order after going out in the middle of a major heat wave. Randy ensured I had a loaner shortly after dropping off, quickly helped get answers to the issues, and assisted in getting the non-warranty portion of my service covered through my VSC. The whole process was very smooth and transparent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Leta service and working with Randy!
Danielle Ivey was my service advisor and did a fantastic job keeping me updated on what was going on. She went the extra mile. My appointment was for getting accessories installed and a new windshield. Frank Leta is amazing!!!
