Definitely Disappointed with this Dealership. Their buyer, Peter Huey, offers me $8500 over the phone on Saturday for my Subaru. When I show up for my appointment on Monday, I am told they are now not interested in my vehicle, as they were hoping to low-ball me. Thanks for wasting my time!! Lesson Learned.

My mother brought her car to Frank Leta for a routine oil change and ended up waiting over 3 hours. Her appointment was scheduled for 9 am, not a walk in. There was no communication, no updates, and no apology for the delay. What should have been a quick service turned into a frustrating waste of time. She expected better treatment, especially for something so basic.
