Dr Kurzynske is awesome! I was in the medical field for many years and Dr. Kurzynske is everything you are looking for. Very professional, attentive to your needs & medical issues, answers all your questions & concerns and NEVER rushes me through the visit. His staff is just as pleasant and helpful.
Up Date: Dr. Kurzynske dismissed my Father-In-Law last summer after he told his nurse that a young black lady was very mean to him on the phone. When he asked the lady her name, she said it was Izzy. So he told her name to his nurse. They dismissed him and said it was due to his abusive behavior. Even though he wasn't abusive. Well we just found out the black lady told him the name of the NP. Do not ever complain if you are being treated rudely by the ladies who answer the phones. Even if you are not upset, his staff will say you are the abuser, not them. SO BEWARE, this could happen to you. It's not the same office as it was a year ago. I give 1 star because of what his office staff did to my father-in-law. Dr. Kurzynske is a good doctor, but in May there have been two girls that have answered the phones when I would make my father-in-law his appointments. Dr kurzynske is an excellent Dr, my husband really thought highly of him . His staff on the other hand is just the opposite, He has been seeing Dr kurzynske for years & they have recently stopped taking his insurance.we were never notified until my husband's insurance notified us 1 day prior to his follow up diabetic appt.we never got a referral or notice of these issues..we were told we could pay $105.00 to see him for that follow up from being put on a new diabetic med ...so sad to see primary Drs drop there patients in th... read more
