This P.O.S will let you come in for a physical and ask questions just to charge you more money instead of just honoring a regular ole physical visit . Then when you question his bill he will drop you completely . Office staff is horrible .
I scheduled an appointment three months in advance. The day before my appointment, I received a call requesting to reschedule. When I declined, they offered me an earlier appointment instead. However, after arriving and being placed in an examination room, I waited almost 50 minutes for the doctor. When I inquired about the delay, I was simply told the doctor was 'a very busy person.' Dr Kurzynske was great. He really listened and seemed to care. But the appointment system is a mess. I called to schedule a physical and mentioned I was low on meds and not feeling well. They said only the nurse could make appointments and she'd call in 3 business days.. it took a week. Today I finally spoke with the nurse, explained the situation, and said I’d be switching providers. Her response was just "oh ok".. not even an apology. Great doctor, but the way the office is run makes it too hard to get care.
I drove in from Dickson Tn for my annual check up. The lady at the front desk was such a snarky snob. She kept telling me that she called and spoke to me about my insurance card. I get to the office and I can not see Dr Frank because they have a new system andvthe new system did not save any of my information. She never told me they were using a new system. I am so pissed off at that lady that I left and I am now looking for a new doctor. Dr Chad is such a great doctor but I will not be back to that office with those hateful... read more
