I got a few sandwiches and things are downhill from before. There was little bit of meat in the sandwich. The cheese was weird and the bread was on the stale side. Also the shredded lettuce was spoiled and soggy. Was very expensive and I feel I wasted my money. Lots of soggy lettuce that overwhelmed the sandwiches. Quite disappointed and won’t be back! Just found a new deli to go across The street! Employees were not friendly either.
Went back here for the third time after the ownership change and it has continued to disappoint. I ordered an Italian combo and the sandwich was half the size it used to be. I live in Southern Westchester and use to recommend Frank and Joe's to friends as a place to get a good sized quality sandwich at a reasonable price. That is no longer the case and I think people have noticed as there was always a line at lunch and now it was dead in comparison.
