I feel so fortunate to have found Frank. I was convinced I would never be able to work out without experiencing shoulder issues again and feared surgery was my next "best bet". After seeing Frank for a few months, I was back in business. Not only were the massages physically making a difference, but being in his office puts me at mental ease almost immediately. Cannot say enough good things about the person or the quality of results.
Genuinely one of the best places to go when you have body pain. He's incredibly funny and really kind and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable at all when it comes to starting these sessions. He gives suggestions too for what you can do to better your body and improve yourself. Highly recommend. :)
