Great public gym with lots of equipment for your workout. My membership includes the use of the fitness room plus, pool, sauna, pool classes, fitness classes, change rooms and showers. All for under $45/mth for a full year.
The swimming instructors for the kids lessons are amazing! They really are great. Definitely worth the drive from duncan. Staff is always friendly as well.
